What is Source?

Source is a community calendar that offers comprehensive information for all nonprofit community clubs, groups, organizations and businesses in one centralized location. Events can be searched by date, group, location or even key words. Fayetteville Online's Community Calendar allows organizations to keep members and the public informed about upcoming events. Group's will receive an easy to edit web page (no html required) and will be able to enter in their own events. All events will streamline into the main calendar as seen on Source's homepage.

Features of the calendar:
Live updates, anytime you want. And you don't need to know HTML.
Organization description area.
Add and edit events for your group, letting everyone know what you're doing and how to participate.
A searchable events calendar and a group news area.
Upload a logo for your group.
Enter events up to a year in advance.
Link to your organizations web site, if you already have one.
An online guestbook so you can email information to members.
Maintain up to five photo albums with as many as 50 images each.

Source Terms of Use
Your use of Source will be subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Joining Source -- getting your group's information and events online -- is free. Non profit groups get access to every feature of the system automatically, but some commercial groups and businesses will be required to pay a small fee in order to post more than just standard events listings.

2. Participation in Source is at the sole discretion of Fayetteville Online and Fayetteville Publishing Co. We reserve the right to approve or reject applications for participation; to edit listings; to delete previously approved groups (and their listings); to discontinue the Source service; and other provisions such as we see fit, including changing these rules.

3. Fayetteville Online and Fayetteville Publishing Co. own -- together with Waveshift Technologies Inc. (the entity that owns the software used to produce Source and which hosts most of the content) -- all Source content, including group-generated events listings, descriptions, etc. We may use Source content for any purpose we choose, including, but not limited to, publishing events and other listings in another form.

4. Groups that use Source agree that their use of the service, including the content they supply as descriptions, listings, etc., shall not violate any law or infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, trade names, patents or proprietary or other rights of any other person, firm or corporation and that such content contains no matter which is libelous, an invasion of privacy, an unlawful appropriation of the name or likeness or is otherwise injurious to the rights of any other person, firm or corporation.

5. Groups that use Source agree to indemnify and hold Fayetteville Online and Fayetteville Publishing Co. harmless against any claims, demands, causes of action, judgments, costs or expenses arising out of or related to any suit, claim or proceeding by any third party based upon (1) their breach of any representation or agreement under this agreement; (2) an allegation that the use of the content on Source or its assignment to Fayetteville Online and Fayetteville Publishing Co. infringes a copyright or other right of any third party, or (3) an allegation that Fayetteville Online and / or Fayetteville Publishing Co. caused harm to any person or organization based upon the information contained in Source, or failed to provide the services contemplated by this agreement. We reserve the right to defend any such claim, and participating groups agree to provide us with such reasonable cooperation and information as we may request.

6. Groups that use Source further agree to indemnify and hold Waveshift Technologies Inc. (the entity that owns the software used to produce Source and hosts most of the content) harmless against any claims, demands, causes of action, judgments, costs or expenses arising out of or related to any suit, claim or proceeding by any third party alleging that Waveshift caused harm to any person or organization based upon the information contained in Source, or based upon any failure of Waveshift to meet its obligations under its Web Hosting Agreement with Fayetteville Online and Fayetteville Publishing Co. Waveshift is a third party beneficiary of this agreement for purposes of this Section 7.

7. Source is provided on an "as is" basis. Fayetteville Online and Fayetteville Publishing Co. make no warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including without limitation, warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or warranties regarding the accuracy, availability, reliability, security or completeness of the content or any other service or product on or related to Source (including any outside resource to which the service may link). Participating groups and users agree that the use of Source is at their sole risk.
